The Program Structure

We’ll meet live on Zoom once a week for 4 weeks. Each 90-minute session is guided by Julie and includes experiential exercises, teachings, and space to reflect.

You’ll also get:

WEEK 1: Meet Your Inner Guidance - Monday 22nd September @ 19:30

Learn what your intuition sounds and feels like—and how to recognise when it’s speaking. You’ll also explore times you’ve ignored that voice and begin healing through Julie’s powerful forgiveness meditation, releasing self-judgment and rebuilding trust.

WEEK 2: Understand Your Inner Noise - Monday 29th September @ 19:30

Not all thoughts are helpful. Discover the patterned voices in your head—family, culture, even inherited survival instincts—and learn how to identify the ones worth following (and the ones that aren’t).

WEEK 3: Stay Connected Under Stress - Monday 6th October @ 19:30

What do you do when emotions run high or life feels overwhelming? You’ll learn practical ways to stay grounded and access your guidance even when things feel chaotic or unclear.

WEEK 4: Confident Action & Clarity - Monday 13th October @ 19:30

Now that you know how to listen and trust, this final session helps you map out what’s next—decisions, dreams, goals—and create simple, aligned steps forward for you and those you care for.

Do I need any prior experience with intuition or personal development to join this course?

No prior experience is necessary. This course is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re just starting to explore your inner voice or looking to deepen an existing connection, you’ll be guided step-by-step with support every week.

Will the sessions be recorded? What if I can’t attend live?

Yes! All sessions will be recorded and made available to you within 24 hours. You’ll have access to the recordings for one full month after the course ends, so you can rewatch, catch up, or revisit key teachings on your own schedule.

How long is each session, and when do they take place?

Each live Zoom session is 90 minutes, held on Mondays at 19:30 (UK time) for four weeks:

  • Week 1: 22nd September

  • Week 2: 29th September

  • Week 3: 6th October

  • Week 4: 13th October

What kind of support will I have outside of the weekly sessions?

You’ll have access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions, share reflections, and receive guidance from Julie and fellow participants. The group will remain active and supported for the same duration as your access to the course recordings (one month after the final session).

What if I have a personal question or need extra support?

Julie will be available via email and Facebook throughout the course if you need more individual guidance or have personal questions. This is an intimate group experience, and you're never alone in your process.

How many people will be in the group?

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the group intimate and safe. This allows everyone to feel seen, heard, and supported throughout the journey.

I’m nervous I won’t “get it” or feel connected to my intuition—what if I’m the only one?

You're definitely not alone in that fear—and it's exactly why this course exists. Many people struggle with self-trust, second-guessing, and tuning out their inner voice. You’ll be gently guided back to yourself, and supported every step of the way. There’s no “right” way to do this—only your way.
