This is a program for women who feel like they can’t quite trust themselves—to finally learn how to trust themselves. I help women reconnect with their inner guidance so they can live an intuitively guided life.
What is the course structure?
We will meet once a week for 4 weeks on zoom for a live 90 minute lesson where you will learn how to identify and follow your personal inner guidance.
You will also have access to a dedicated Facebook group for the duration of the course. In this space you will have access to ask Julie any questions coming up and support each other and share your successes.
You will have access to the recordings of the sessions for the duration of the course.
Week one : Meet your intuition/guidance. What does it sound/feel like for you? We will explore and identify how your individual connection works. We will also look at times you have known your right next steps and ignored it. We will do Julie’s unique guided forgiveness so that you are able to release any distrust of yourself and personal criticism.
Week two : Find out about the other thoughts in your head. We have repeating patterns of thought that we adopt from our families, environment and even our cave woman heritage. Start to decipher what thoughts are worth following and those that will take us back round to the same old behaviours.
Week three : Be shown ways to gain greater access to your own personal wisdom even in the tricky times. Those times when you loose perspective due to external stresses that impact our ability to make the right decision.
Week four : Consolidate what you now know and have easy definable actions, dreams and goals as you are able to take the next right steps for you as and individual and to support all those you care about.
