About these terms
These terms apply to all services provided by Julie Tant, including acupuncture appointments, Root Cause Sessions and any other services offered through this website. By booking a session or using this website you agree to these terms.
Our services
I offer the following services:
Acupuncture — in-person one-to-one sessions at my clinic in Ely, Cambridgeshire, supporting physical and emotional wellbeing through Traditional Chinese Medicine and associated therapies.
Root Cause Sessions — online one-to-one sessions available worldwide via video call, exploring the underlying patterns affecting your health and wellbeing.
Blog and newsletter — free content shared through my website and email list. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Bookings
Appointments can be booked online through my booking system or by contacting me directly. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on the session type.
By booking a session you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.
Cancellation and refund policy
I understand that circumstances change. However, as my time is reserved specifically for you, I ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with 48 hours or more notice — full refund or free rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice — the full session fee may be charged. I will always consider individual circumstances and may waive this at my discretion.
Non-attendance without notice — the full session fee will be charged.

Payments
Sessions are priced as listed on my website or booking system at the time of booking. Payment is accepted online through my booking system or in person.
Payments are processed securely through third party providers. I do not store your card or bank details.
All prices are in pounds sterling. If you are paying from outside the UK any currency conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider.
Your health and safety
It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications or changes to your health before treatment. If you are unsure whether treatment is appropriate for you please contact me before booking.
Acupuncture and associated therapies are complementary to, not a replacement for, conventional medical treatment. Please continue to follow the advice of your GP or other healthcare providers.
Intellectual property
All content on this website including text, images and blog posts is the property of Julie Tant and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
I take all reasonable care in providing my services. However my liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session. This does not exclude liability for negligence causing death or personal injury.
Privacy
Your personal data is collected and stored in accordance with my Privacy Policy, available at julietant.com/privacy-policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
